Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
All products offered in our shop are individually signed and/or personally dedicated after your order has been placed.
As these items are made specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
By placing an order for an individually signed or personally dedicated item, you acknowledge that the product is created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
No voluntary return policy is offered for individually signed or personally dedicated items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
As all signed or personally dedicated items are made specifically for each customer, exchanges due to change of mind are not possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
If a refund is approved following a valid claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item, it will be issued to your original payment method.
