1. Shipping Information

Orders are shipped after payment has been received. All shipments are sent with tracking using reliable postal or courier services.

Shipping Rates

• Germany – Recorded Delivery: €7.69
• United Kingdom – Recorded Delivery: €30.00
• European Union – Recorded Delivery: €20.49
• Rest of the World – Recorded Delivery: €51.00

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times depend on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note that custom-made or personalized products may require additional production time. If unexpected delays occur, you will be notified by email.

2. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit Card – securely processed via Stripe.
• PayPal

Orders will be shipped after full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, strikes, customs inspections, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events.

Any liability for delays is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
